About Us

As a keen cyclist and endurance runner I wanted a Cycling/Running cap that could be stuffed into a pocket or bag. This led me to making my own, and what followed was a cap that was lightweight, contains minimal plastic, individual and handmade in Cornwall in the UK.

From the first prototypes made primarily for myself, I've realised other people like the idea too and I now sell these caps worldwide. I have amongst my customers, triathletes in Hawaii, Ultrarunners in Japan and Endurance cyclists riding in the most difficult races in the USA all wearing my caps.

The caps will never be ‘mass made’ as this has never been the plan, so by owning one it stands a very big chance that you will not see another like yours as they are all unique. 

I curate all the fabric I use from local fabric shops, which means I have no real guarantee I can make the same thing twice.

Each one is still handmade by me, from the cutting of the fabric to the final sewing in of the MenMakers label.
